In China, there are about 10 million diesel engines that can be equipped with common rail systems. But for a long time, the huge market has always been occupied by foreign brands. Protecting the ecological environment, breaking the monopoly of the industry, and promoting the healthy development of the internal combustion engine industry have become the responsibility of every national enterprise.
In 2006, Jiangsu Shunlong Electronic Control Fuel Injection System Co., Ltd. started the exploration of common rail technology from Changzhou, Jiangsu. The company is located in Jintan Development Zone, Changzhou City, with two existing production bases (Jiangsu Shunlong Electronic Control Fuel Injection System Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Shunlong Machinery Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) with a production area of 10,000 square meters, more than 300 employees, and an annual sales amount of more than 100 million yuan. By the end of 2024, the total investment of production equipment is 180 million yuan, and there are more than 100 imported equipment, including BAHLMÜLLER grinding machine, UVA grinding machine, GHIRINGHELLI grinding machine, POSALUX EDM, SONPLAS extrusion grinding, EXTRUDE HONE extrusion grinding, NAGEL gun drilling, KADIA honing, and MAHR detector are the top equipment in the industry. Shunlong has complete high - end processing equipment, advanced production technology to ensure the manufacturing accuracy of products, strict operation process to ensure product consistency. The strong strength enables Shunlong common rail products to be strongly guaranteed from production to sales.

To ensure that the produced accessories have high quality and performance to meet market demand, we have successively purchased production and validation equipment from Bosch in Germany, Hartridge in the UK, Cummins in the US, Denso in Japan, etc. We will continue to move forward in the field of electronic fuel injection systems.
Production capacity: More than 110000 sets of core components for common rail electronic fuel injectors are produced daily, and it is expected to reach around 180000 sets after capacity expansion in 2025.
Our Product
The common rail injector has a complex structure, precise parts manufacturing, and extremely strict assembly size requirements, and its internal lift parameters are all micron-level; in addition, the size of the orifice hole of the valve assembly and the nozzle of the nozzle are extremely precise, so the injector assembly has high requirements for cleanliness, measurement accuracy, production equipment and working environment. We describe the manufacture of common rail injectors as embroidery work, which is not necessary for high-precision processing equipment.

The common rail diesel electronic control injectors, nozzles, fuel injection systems, and core components of internal combustion engine systems we produce are widely used in heavy-duty trucks, medium-sized trucks, buses, recreational vehicles, light commercial vehicles, pickup trucks, and other road vehicles, as well as non road equipment such as engineering machinery, mining equipment, agricultural machinery, ships, and railways.
